Terms & Conditions & Cancellation Policy

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Pulse Party Bus reservations, rentals, and bookings. By submitting a booking request or confirming a reservation, you agree to the policies below.

1. Description of Services

Pulse Party Bus provides private event transportation and entertainment services for pre-booked events.

We may communicate with customers via phone, email, or SMS regarding bookings, reminders, updates, and customer support.

2. Age Requirement

All bookings must be made by individuals 18 years of age or older.

3. Deposit Policy

  • Deposit amount: $299 (plus applicable taxes, if any).
  • Deposit charge timing: Charged no later than 24 hours before the event (minimum).
  • Deposit refund: Refunded within 24 hours after the event only if all Terms & Conditions are met and there are no damages, excessive cleaning needs, or policy violations.

If rules are not followed, the deposit may be retained.

4. Onboard Rules (Important)

To protect the vehicle and ensure a smooth experience:

❌ No food is allowed onboard.
✅ Only balloons are allowed for decorations.
❌ No party props, confetti, glitter, or any items that may stain or damage the vehicle.

Violation of these rules may result in loss of deposit and additional charges if damages occur.

5. Damages & Cleaning

Renters are responsible for any damages, stains, or excessive cleaning caused during the rental period.

Fees will be assessed based on the vehicle’s condition after the event.

6. Bathroom Stops

Bathroom stops may be possible depending on route, timing, traffic, and operational constraints.

All stops are at the driver’s discretion to maintain safety and schedule.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • More than 7 days before the event: Rescheduling may be offered depending on availability (case-by-case basis).
  • Within 4 days of the event: No refunds will be issued.

8. SMS Terms of Service

If you opt in to receive SMS communications:

  • Messages may include booking confirmations, reminders, updates, and promotional offers.
  • Message frequency may vary.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • To opt out, reply STOP at any time.
  • For help, reply HELP or contact us via our website.

9. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
